Ivone Camargo

Navigating through the poverty strewn streets of Brazil, Ivone learned as a child that attitude is what drives success. After journeying back from a near fatal building accident at the age of 31, while teaching swimming in Sao Paulo, this four-time world kettlebell champion offers various holistic therapies used in the training, preparation, and recovery of athletes of all ages and levels.

She is a certified practitioner in the application of Active Isolated Stretch Programs (AIS) having apprenticed for world-renowned AIS creator, Aaron Mattes. She is also a certified practitioner of Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy (L.E.T), Body Work, Colon Hydrotherapy, Colo LAVAGE (a holistic prep for colonoscopy). Additionally, this fifty-one-year young visionary created a specialized fitness training program designed for longevity and aging gracefully. She believes in tapping into the unlimited potential residing in all her clients. The words ‘cannot’ and ‘can’t be’’ does not exist in her world. Her enormous drive coupled with her compassion to help and educate her clients has made her one of the most sought after therapists in the world. Her international client roster includes celebrity clientele, athletes, as well as non-athletes and addresses orthopedic and general immune-related health needs.

Her love for traveling and her passion for teaching and athletic competition has led Ivone to embrace and connect to all cultures and people. She believes, “The heart is the one place we all agree on.” This is the point where all her good work is centered.
